Job Description

Prepare and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise junior accountants and finance staff.
Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and controls.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
Partner with management for business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
Support due diligence and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, or new projects.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in GST and Export Knowledge.
Good communication and team leadership abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
