Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in the Civil / Infrastructure industry to manage financial reporting, audit, taxation, compliance, and strategic finance functions. The candidate should possess strong accounting expertise along with leadership and analytical capabilities.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Handle finalization of accounts and financial statements
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage project accounting and cost control activities
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
- prepare MIS reports and management presentations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Accurate and timely financial closure
- Successful audit completion without observations
- Compliance adherence with zero penalties
- Effective financial planning and reporting
- Improved cost monitoring and control
