Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting: Ensure timely preparation of annual budget and quarterly financial plans.

Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including MIS and statutory compliance.

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital efficiently.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.

Financial Analysis & Strategy: Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
