Job Description

We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our CFO Office at our Thane (Wagle Estate) location. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to core finance functions, financial strategy, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Support in MIS reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Assist in audits (internal and statutory)
• Work closely with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives
• Monitor cash flow and working capital management
  
  

Requirements

• Recently qualified CA (0–1 year experience)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ERP systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
