Job Description

Fly2Infinity, on behalf of our reputed client, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant to manage the accounting segment and take ownership of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, consolidated reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and management information systems (MIS).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, income tax filings, ROC/MCA filings, and other tax/regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate statutory and internal audits, lead audit preparedness, and manage audit queries and disclosures.
  • Conduct internal audits, strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance (if applicable), and provide insights for financial decision-making and risk management.
  • Manage payroll accounting, employee expenses, contractor payments, and related statutory deductions.
  • Drive process improvements and automation using ERP systems and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Strong experience in accounting, taxation, statutory reporting, and financial reporting (Ind AS/IFRS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Tally, QuickBooks, or MS Dynamics.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and familiarity with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, transfer pricing, tax audits, and ROC compliance.
  • Experience in month-end and year-end close processes, consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and fixed assets accounting.
  • Good understanding of cash flow management, treasury operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling basics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional coordination with finance, operations, and external auditors.
