Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure project alignment with business needs, and act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing and nurturing customer accounts, preparing project budgets, ensuring invoice accuracy, and collaborating with internal departments to meet project deliverables. The role also involves resolving client concerns, maintaining consistent communication, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project budgeting, invoicing, and financial management
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address client issues effectively
• Familiarity with civil engineering or infrastructure project workflows is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in using project management tools and software
