Hiring Post : Tax Litigation Investment Banking

Last year I realised something about building teams at my CA firm.

When a new team member joins, they don't just need instructions. They need time.

And that time usually has to come from ME.

That's when I realised something. I will need core team members who can grow into doing everything I do and not doing a part.

Someone who is comfortable handling Tax Litigation - assessments, appeals, strategy.

But also curious enough to sit in a room where we discuss:

Valuations

Deal structures

Investment banking assignments

Because in a boutique consulting firm, roles don't come in neat boxes. And with Faceless assessment and Virtual Investor-Founders Call, I believe this is possible.

One day you may be preparing a litigation submission.

Another day you might sit in a valuation discussion.

Wants exposure to Investment Banking & Transaction Advisory

Is comfortable working closely with founders and entrepreneurs

Is open to wearing multiple hats in a boutique firm
