Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the duties of the accounting team
• Implement and optimize accounting systems and processes
• Reconcile income statements and financial transactions
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports
• Control and maintain master data in the general ledger
• Review and authorize online banking payments
• Ensure compliance with applicable state revenue service regulations
• Provide ongoing accounting and financial reporting support to the organization
• Manage end-to-end financial processes including budgeting and expense management
• Prepare detailed expense budget reports
