About the Role:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 23 years of experience to join our CFO & Business Transformation Advisory team. The role involves financial planning, business analysis, and supporting clients in improving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business strategy.

Monitor cash flows and recommend optimal financing structures.

Develop financial models and dashboards for performance tracking.

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Conduct market and profitability analysis to support business growth and pricing decisions.

Manage day-to-day accounting, including bank reconciliations and month-end closing.

Ensure statutory compliance and assist with audits.

Support inventory management and operational efficiency improvements.

Provide insights to clients and communicate key matters to the reporting partner.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Knowledge of accounting and regulatory compliance

Experience with Zoho Books will be an added advantage

Good communication and presentation skills
