Purpose:

• Responsible for timely and efficient accounting of all transactions.
• Responsible for MIS & Financial reporting to management
• Responsible for timely compliance of direct and indirect taxes

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely accounting of transaction for all entities.
• To finalize periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) financial statements with audit for all entities.
• To ensure to meet all Direct and Indirect taxation compliances.
• To get audit done by internal and or statutory auditors of books and provide comments/reply/do compliance on their reports and Tax planning.
• To submit data/documents for various tax assessments (I Tax, GST etc) and handling GST /Government audits.
• To submit data/information eg stock and debtors statement to Banks/FIs.
• To prepare and present periodic MIS for Management/Investors etc.
• To prepare projected Cash flow for all active group companies for next 6 months:
• To check and control working of the interest levied by Banks/NBFC/lenders on all our loans (secured/unsecured) and OD facilities.
• To interact and support all departments for Accounts and Taxation matters.
• Timely representation before Various Statutory Authorities with inputs from concerned consultants.
• To ensure all transactions are carried through SAP/ERP and devise ways/methods for integrating all transactions through System
