Description
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, and will be responsible for managing financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, including GST and Income Tax.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
