Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad

Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Project Finance, or Structured Finance.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chartered Accountant (CA) – Real Estate to lead the organization's capital management and fundraising initiatives. This is a business-critical role that goes beyond traditional accounting and finance operations, providing direct exposure to banks, NBFCs, investors, and senior leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt and equity funding, preparing and presenting CMA data, leading debt syndication efforts, developing financial models, and driving capital allocation decisions that support large-scale commercial and residential real estate developments across NCR.

Reporting directly to the CFO / Director – Finance, this position offers significant leadership visibility and opportunities for growth into senior finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Capital Management & Project Finance:

  • Prepare, present, and defend CMA data for credit facilities and project financing.
  • Lead debt syndication initiatives with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Structure and negotiate funding arrangements including:
  • Term Loans
  • Working Capital Facilities
  • Project Finance
  • NBFC Funding
  • Support funding requirements up to ₹400 Crore and beyond.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including:
  • Three-statement financial models
  • Project feasibility assessments
  • IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis
  • Build and manage rolling 18-month cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct credit appraisal, financial due diligence, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor budget versus actual performance and prepare management MIS reports.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

  • Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, private investors, and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate financing terms including:
  • Interest rates
  • Covenants
  • Security structures
  • Repayment schedules
  • Assist in equity fundraising initiatives through:
  • Investor presentations
  • Data room management
  • Due diligence coordination
  • Ensure timely investor reporting and covenant compliance.

Systems & Reporting:

  • Utilize Advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Leverage Power BI and Power Query for reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Work with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
  • Drive process automation and reporting efficiencies.

Leadership & Governance:

  • Lead and mentor a finance and credit team of 3-6 professionals.
  • Implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic financial decisions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Project Finance, or Structured Finance.
  • Exposure to funding transactions exceeding ₹50 Crore.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, credit evaluation, and lender requirements.
  • Experience interacting with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions.
  • CFA Level I/II or FRM certification will be an added advantage.
