Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified, motivated CA Fresher to join our finance and compliance team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, audit support, and

compliance-related activities while gaining hands-on exposure in a dynamic work

environment.

Job Responsibilities:

● Prepare and review financial statements and reports

● Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST compliance)

● Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and filings

● Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

● Support in ROC filings, company incorporation, and related documentation

● Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

● Coordinate with clients for financial data and queries

Key Requirements:

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

● Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

● Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, and ROC filings

● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools

● Good communication and analytical skills

● Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software

● Basic understanding of startup compliance and financial advisory

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
