Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Lead and manage statutory audit, internal audit, tax audits, and related financial processes.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS, GST filings).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial data to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Implement and improve internal controls, systems, and processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional departments.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and management presentations.
