- 25 years post-qualification experience

Core Responsibilities & Experience
Financial Closing & Reporting
- End-to-end ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Balance Sheet finalization with full ownership of schedules and reconciliations
- Statutory audit coordination, audit closure, and resolution of audit observations
- Preparation of financial statements and audit-ready working papers
Controls & Process Setup
- Hands-on experience in internal controls, SOPs, and makerchecker frameworks
- Ability to identify control gaps and implement practical, scalable processes
- Exposure to process design or clean-up in fast-growing organizations preferred
Systems, ERP & Digital Tools
- Strong working experience in ERP-based accounting environments
- Preference for Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar cloud-based ERPs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MIS, reconciliations, analysis)
- Practical exposure to Microsoft Teams for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools (Power BI) for dashboards and management reporting
- Exposure to Microsoft Apps / Power Platform (Forms, Power Automate, basic Apps) is a strong advantage
Compliance (Execution-Oriented)
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Income-tax compliances
- Exposure to Companies Act compliances, including:
Board and shareholder compliance coordination
ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)
Support in statutory registers, resolutions, and documentation
- Ability to manage compliance calendars independently and coordinate with consultants / CS
