Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting, along with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS)
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and handle tax assessments
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and receivables
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial systems
- Advise management on financial strategy, cost optimization, and investment decisions
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI
- 38 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, Companies Act, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Experience in handling audits and working with cross-functional teams
