About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong exposure to Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Strategic Financial Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, business partnering capabilities, and experience in driving financial planning, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
The role requires close collaboration with leadership, operations, sales, and cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions and ensure financial efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare variance analysis with actionable insights for management.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models for business review.
Business Finance & Commercial Support
- Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct revenue, margin, pricing, and cost analysis.
- Support business decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key business KPIs and recommend performance improvement initiatives.
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Present business performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management information systems (MIS).
Financial Controls & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and financial governance activities.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Procurement, and HR.
- Act as a finance business partner to support growth and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic financial support to leadership and business units.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Commercial Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced business environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Advanced MS Excel
- PowerPoint
- ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred)
- Financial modeling and reporting tools
