Chartered Accountant – Audit & Tax

Vacancies: 2

(A) Work Experience:

· CA Fresher or with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory audit and Direct Tax function.

(B) Role:

· Statutory Audit under Companies Act;

· Tax Audit under Income Tax Act;

· Income Tax Returns and other compliances under Income Tax Act;

· Staying up-to-date with the changes in the law;

· Preparing and disseminating latest updates to clients.

(C) Skills and knowledge Requirements:

· Independently analyze the Financial Statements

· Statutory Audit experience in various sectors

· Good knowledge in MS Excel including advances functions and various accounting software

· Effectively manage multiple clients and requests while maintaining quality

· Ability to prioritize tasks depending on criticality and impact

· Work under tight turn-around situations

· Ability to lead a team and get work completed within the given timelines
