Position Overview
ATMS & Co LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Manager for its Audit Department. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of post-qualification experience exclusively in audit, with strong exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, concurrent audits, and audit reporting.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in handling audit assignments independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Statutory Audit assignments for corporate and non-corporate clients
- Conduct and supervise Internal Audits and Concurrent Audits
- Finalize audit reports and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
- Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and other regulatory requirements
- Review financial statements and audit documentation
- Identify risk areas and provide value-added recommendations to clients
- Handle client coordination and manage audit teams effectively
- Assist partners in planning, execution, and closure of audit assignments
- Ensure timely completion of assignments within deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3–4 years of experience exclusively in Audit
- Strong exposure to:
- Statutory Audit
- Internal Audit
- Concurrent Audit
- Audit Reporting & Finalization
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, GST, Income Tax (audit perspective), and other regulatory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit documentation tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
