Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and an interest in handling international operations, especially US-based logistics compliance and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes
- Manage payroll for Indian, US, and Mexican employees, including truck drivers
- Ensure compliance with US accounting and regulatory requirements
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial operations
- Assist in audits and documentation
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher only)
- Immediate joiner (within 15 days)
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Knowledge or willingness to learn US compliances and payroll systems
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to international accounting
- Basic understanding of logistics/trucking industry
