Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Accounting & Team Lead
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to handle accounting assignments, compliance, financial reporting, and lead a team of 5 professionals. The role involves client coordination, review of financial statements, statutory compliance, and ensuring timely delivery of assignments.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, reconciliations, MIS, and month-end/year-end closures.
- Review and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances, and coordinate with auditors and clients.
- Lead, guide, and review the work of a team of 5 members while ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as SAP/SAP B1 or similar platforms.
- Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and support process improvements.
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 0–2 years post-qualification experience
- Exposure to audit/compliance assignments will be an added advantage.
