Role Description
VVIP FLIGHT PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Charter Sales Manager / Private Jet Sales Manager to drive charter sales, operator onboarding, client relationship management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong aviation industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships within the private aviation sector.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's operator network, generating charter business, managing corporate and HNWI clients, and supporting the growth of the company's aviation technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard charter operators onto the company platform.
- Generate private jet charter sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, brokers, corporate clients, travel partners, and HNWI customers.
- Handle charter inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for operators and partners.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth execution of charter flights.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized aviation solutions accordingly.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market presence and sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines through CRM systems.
- Represent the company at aviation exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Support marketing initiatives and promote company services across various channels.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in charter aviation sales, private jet sales, business development, or aviation operations.
- Strong understanding of private aviation, aircraft chartering, and aviation market dynamics.
- Existing network within the charter aviation, corporate travel, luxury travel, or airline industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
