Position Overview
AeroIGM Global Charters is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Charter Sales Intern passionate about luxury aviation, helicopters, private jets, yacht charters, and premium travel experiences. The role involves client acquisition, sales coordination, operational support, and business development activities across domestic and international charter requirements.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the private aviation industry along with attractive earning potential through performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities to acquire new charter clients and travel partners.
- Assist in pitching private jet, helicopter, yacht, and luxury travel charter services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate and attend client meetings, networking events, and business presentations when required.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, charter proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operators and vendors for aircraft availability, pricing, and operational feasibility.
- Assist in day-to-day charter operations including passenger coordination, documentation, slot requests, permits, catering coordination, and itinerary management.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and lead tracking sheets.
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities for charter services.
- Ensure timely communication with clients before, during, and after charter operations.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Interest in aviation, luxury travel, hospitality, or sales.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and operational coordination when required.
