Role Description The Chartered Accountant at DM-Immigration Consultants will manage financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities to support the firm's immigration and consulting operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and overseeing taxation and statutory compliance aligned with Indian regulations. The role involves reviewing client project financials, monitoring costs and revenue, supporting internal audits, and advising management on financial planning, risk mitigation, and process improvements. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments, and will help implement financial controls and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 15 LPA depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, Indian taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in financial accounting and reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Ability to manage audits, internal controls, and risk assessment, ensuring adherence to statutory and organizational policies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with management, operations teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in consulting, services, or similar industries is an advantage; exposure to immigration or international business domains is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time basis and manage deadlines across multiple concurrent assignments.
