Position: Chapter Manager Chennai– CEO Clubs India

Location: Work From Home (WFH) — Candidate must be based in Chennai

Experience Required: 5+ years

Remuneration Range: ₹8–10 LPA, based on last drawn CTC.

At the heart of each chapter is the Inner Circle, a group of 10–12 CEOs representing non-competing industries, who meet monthly. Other club offerings include Knowledge & Leadership Series, Business Series, Social Events, and Annual Inner Circle & Family Retreats. CEO Clubs provides a confidential and trusted environment where leaders can learn, grow, and build meaningful bonds.

Roles & Responsibilities

As CEO Clubs India prepares to expand into Kolkata, the Chapter Manager for this upcoming chapter will be responsible for execution, coordination, and enabling chapter operations from inception. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Chapter Operations & Leadership Support

  • Ensure chapter continuity during leadership transitions.
  • Work closely with the Chapter Chair on new initiatives, ongoing activities, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate Chapter Council meetings: scheduling, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate cross-chapter information flow, sharing best practices, and connecting members across locations.

Membership Growth & Engagement

  • Drive membership growth initiatives with strategic planning and execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, encouraging member participation and engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with CEOs and business leaders.

Event & Program Management

  • Plan and manage chapter events, including logistics, budgeting, vendors, and execution.
  • Oversee chapter activities: Knowledge/Leadership Series, Business Series, Social Events, and Retreats.
  • Manage chapter assets such as the Member Directory, Newsletter, and Website.

Internal Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with chapter executives, finance teams, and the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support national-level or chapter-specific tasks as required.
  • Provide operational stability and ensure consistency across all chapter functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4–5+ years of experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially with top-level executives.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events and complex operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Fluency in English required).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and essential productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
  • High initiative, execution-driven mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders.
