Requirements:Bachelor s or master s degree in electrical/mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in R&D and product development within the low Voltage Switchgear industry.
At least 5 years of People Management Experience.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of low Voltage Switchgear technologies, standards, and market trends.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
