About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Chapter Lead – AI & Intelligent Automation to lead a high-performing team of engineers and architects, driving innovation and transformation through AI, GenAI, and automation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality solutions while building strong capabilities within your team.
You will play a critical role in shaping the AI and automation agenda, enabling adoption across delivery and operations, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. This is a leadership role that combines technical understanding, people management, and strategic execution to deliver business impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality AI/automation solutions
- Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, and automation across delivery and operations
- Manage capacity, performance, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify automation opportunities and reusable assets
- Enable continuous improvement, productivity, and cost optimization
- Support agile delivery governance and transformation initiatives
The Skills You Bring
- Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, and data platforms
- Experience in people management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to drive automation adoption and manage delivery risks
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud, and integrations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience managing 20–30 member teams
- Background in AI, data, automation, or digital transformation
- Relevant certifications preferred
