Chapter Coordinator / Executive Director

TiE Raipur is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Executive Director to lead our chapter's growth and manage the local startup ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

● Operations: Oversee day-to-day administration, budgeting, and compliance in alignment with TiE Global standards.

● Growth: Drive membership acquisition (Charter & Associate Members) and secure corporate sponsorships.

● Events: Lead the execution of flagship programs, including Founders Mixers, Mentorship sessions, and TiECon Raipur.

● Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for members, government bodies, and academic partners.

● Experience: 5+ years in community management, corporate relations, or program leadership.

● Skills: Exceptional networking, stakeholder management (CXOs/Founders), and professional communication.

● Attributes: Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

● Compensation: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA

CHAPTER COORDINATOR

TiE Raipur is seeking a creative Social Media & Community Manager to be the digital voice of our entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging our member base, and driving attendance for our signature networking events.

● Content Creation: Design high-end 3D/animated visuals and reels for LinkedIn and Instagram.

● Community Management: Moderate WhatsApp groups and engage with founders, mentors, and partners.

● Event Promotion: Execute digital campaigns for Founders Mixers and leadership meetups.

● Brand Voice: Maintain a professional, polite, and inspiring tone across all official communications.

● Experience: 1–2 years in digital marketing or community building.

● Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or AI-driven design tools (claymorphism/3D styles preferred).

● Communication: Strong copywriting skills in English and Hindi.

● Ecosystem Interest: A passion for startups and networking with industry leaders.

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 Per Annum (negotiable as per candidate's skill and last drawn).
