Role Purpose
The Channel Sourcing Manager – Pune will be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of real estate channel partners in Pune for Propxlreight's Khopoli Plotting Project.
The role focuses on channel-led demand generation, partner engagement, and transaction progression for land and plotting assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage real estate channel partners, IPCs, and brokerage firms within Pune.
- Conduct structured project briefings and ensure channel partners are fully aligned on product positioning.
- Support channel partners through buyer interactions, site visits, negotiations, and transaction movement.
- Maintain regular engagement with partners to ensure sustained interest and seriousness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and deal closure support.
- Capture market and channel feedback and share insights with leadership.
Candidate Profile (HR-Defined)
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales or channel sales.
- Prior exposure to plotting projects, villa land, or developer mandates preferred.
- Strong familiarity with the Pune real estate broker ecosystem.
Skills & Competencies
- Channel partner management and relationship building.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of land transactions, approvals, and basic legal documentation.
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and execution focused.
