Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Channel Sales team. The role involves recruiting, managing, and driving business through insurance agents, POSP partners, and channel partners for the Motor Insurance vertical.

Location: Ahmedabad, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Junagadh, Rajkot, Anand, All over Gujarat

Experience: 1- 6 Years

Industry :General Insurance / Insurance Broking / BFSI

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and activate insurance agents/ POSP partners/channel partners.
  • Build and manage a strong agency network to drive Motor Insurance business.
  • Develop relationships with agents and partners to ensure consistent business generation.
  • Conduct partner training sessions and promote product awareness.
  • Support partners in policy issuance, renewals, and query resolution.
  • Monitor partner productivity and implement strategies to increase business volumes.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner servicing.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Agency Channel Sales / POSP Channel, Insurance Sales, or BFSI Sales.
  • Experience in Motor Insurance, General Insurance, or Insurance Broking preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Knowledge of agent onboarding and channel development will be an added advantage.
