Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Sales Specialist role based in Bangalore Urban. The Channel Sales Specialist will develop, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to increase revenue and market reach for cFIRST's background screening solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, enabling partner teams through product and sales training, and supporting them with proposals, presentations, and deal structuring. The role involves coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to design partner programs, campaigns, and incentives that drive pipeline and partner productivity. The specialist will monitor partner performance, maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports, respond to partner inquiries promptly, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for channel partners and their end customers.

CTC - Max 6 lacs PA

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel sales and working with channel partners or resellers in a B2B environment.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partner and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with background screening, HR technology, SaaS, or related services is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
