Role
The Sourcing Exec – Thane will be responsible for developing and managing broker and channel partner networks to generate qualified leads and drive sales for projects in the Thane region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants in Thane.
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners and broker relationships.
- Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities.
- Ensure strong relationship management with existing and new channel partners.
- Work closely with internal sales team to convert sourced leads into bookings.
- Track sourcing performance, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios.
- Share regular updates on inventory, pricing, and offers with channel partners.
- Support project launches, campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor projects and pricing trends.
