Channel Sales Manager – Video Analytics Platform

Intozi is building cutting-edge AI-powered Video Intelligence platforms (Ikshana AI) for smart cities, enterprise security, and real-time decision systems. We're not just selling software — we're redefining how video data drives action.

Role Mission

Build and scale a high-performance partner ecosystem that becomes a key revenue engine for Intozi.

Experience Required

7–15 years of experience in channel/partner sales within Video Analytics, AI, IoT, Surveillance, or Enterprise Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and activate high-value partners including SIs, OEMs, and VARs
  • Drive partner-led revenue growth by enabling partners to generate and close business
  • Collaborate with partners on large enterprise and government deals through co-selling
  • Develop and execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that convert into a strong sales pipeline
  • Support partners with product demos, positioning, and deal execution
  • Own partner pipeline, forecasting, and closures with full accountability
  • Continuously strengthen partner engagement and performance

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record of building or scaling channel revenue
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and indirect sales models
  • Experience in video surveillance, VMS, AI analytics, or SaaS is highly preferred
  • Self-driven individual with high ownership and execution focus
