Job Role

  • Identify and onboard channel partners and education consultants for Campus UG/PG courses.
  • Collaborate with the University team to align sales and channel efforts
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the University team to align sales and channel efforts
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

Requirements and skills

  • Experienced in University and EdTedh sales.
  • Should have a good consultant network base in the East market.
  • Should have good teacher connect in east market.
  • 6-12 years of experience in Higher Education Channel management or Sales through Consultants
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be ready to travel about 10 days outside base location.
  • Tech-savvy, ability to work on ERP, CRM tools, Mobile Apps mandatory
