Role Description

The Channel Sales Manager - Unified Communication and Collaboration will be responsible for identifying and managing channel partners, driving channel sales, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve company objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners, providing training and support to partners, and implementing sales strategies. They will also oversee customer service and sales management efforts to ensure successful partnerships and business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Channel Sales and managing relationships with Channel Partners
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive growth and achieve targets
  • Customer Service experience, with a focus on providing value to partners and end-users
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in Unified Communication and Video Collaboration solutions is an advantage
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, and work efficiently in an on-site capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
