Job Description

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive sales and expand market share for TMT steel products across assigned territories.

Dealer/Distributor Network Management

  • Build, manage, and strengthen dealer and distributor networks to ensure consistent product availability and sales performance.

New Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and markets.

Market Strategy Execution

  • Implement effective market penetration strategies to boost brand presence and product reach.

Promotional Activities

  • Organize and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives to increase product visibility.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through structured planning and execution.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in TMT, Cement, Paints, or Tiles industry.
  • Proven track record in dealer/distributor network expansion and sales target achievement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the TMT steel market.
