Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive sales through brokers and alternate channel networks across all active projects.

-Achieve channel sales targets within set timelines.

-Ensure quality of channel partners in line with brand standards.

-Lead, manage and motivate the channel sales team.

-Oversee partner registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal.

-Work with site heads & team leads on promotional offers.

-Develop and maintain a healthy investor database.

-Keep channel partners updated on pricing and product developments.

-Organize and oversee channel-related events.

-Leverage existing partners during new project launches.

-Continuously improve the overall channel partner experience.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Education: MBA / PGDBM preferred | Graduation mandatory

-Proven experience in Channel / Corporate / Closure Sales

-Strong team management and leadership skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Experience in dealer/distributor management

-B2B knowledge essential for candidates from non-real estate backgrounds

-Experience in Mumbai's western suburbs is an added advantage

-Eloquent, professional, and well-versed in business etiquette
