projects. We collaborate closely with Channel Partners to drive sales, expand market reach, and deliver
value-driven homes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to generate quality leads and sales closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs to ensure long-term association
Conduct CP meetings, training sessions, and project presentations
Coordinate site visits, inventory blocking, and booking processes through CPs
Ensure proper lead management and CRM updates
Communicate project details, pricing, offers, and payout structures to CPs
Track CP performance, productivity, and closures
Resolve CP-related escalations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
Support CP events, activations, and marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in real estate channel sales preferred (freshers can apply for executive roles)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to handle multiple Channel Partners and meet targets
Understanding of real estate sales cycle and documentation
Willingness for field work and site visits
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
