Job Description

  • Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
  • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
  • Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team.
  • Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate.
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential.
  • Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team.
  • Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day.
  • Coordinate for the Channel Partner payout s post booking.
  • Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT.
  • Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
