ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growth team, with a primary focus on expanding our footprint in the assigned region. This role requires a hands-on, target-driven individual who can lead client acquisition efforts, build strong channel partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive end-to-end sales efforts including channel partner appointments, lead generation, client meetings, pitching, and deal closures.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region/territory.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Kitaabh at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

REQUIREMENT

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven track record in field sales and client acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in selling financial, ERP, or accounting software is a strong advantage.
