Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive health insurance sales through the assigned sales channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, intermediaries, and customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business.
- Conduct field visits and sales activities to increase market penetration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Up to 34 years.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance field sales, sales, agency sales, health insurance, or life insurance.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Ability to work with targets and achieve business objectives.
- Willingness to undertake field sales activities.
