Role Overview

As a Channel Sales Manager Global Market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international footprint by building and managing a strong dealer and channel partner network. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global channel sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage international dealers to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets through effective channel management.
  • Collaborate with the Director Global Business Expansion to explore new markets and opportunities.
  • Monitor dealer performance via KPIs, conduct business reviews, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Travel globally to establish, strengthen, and manage dealer partnerships.
Skills & Experience
  • Channel Sales and Channel Partner Management
  • Proven track record in global expansion and dealer network development
  • Strong sales strategy, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven approach
  • Based in Chennai or open to relocate
  • 815 years of experience in channel sales and dealer management (Manufacturing / FMCG / Consumer sectors preferred)
