Job Summary
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the channel partner network to achieve sales targets and market penetration. The role involves driving revenue through channel partners while ensuring strong relationships, compliance, and execution of company sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partners to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners as per business requirements.
- Drive sales through effective channel engagement.
- Monitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular market visits to support partners and improve coverage.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.

Qualification & Experience

- 2-8 years of experience in Sales.
