Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the targeted industry segments. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Discuss AVSI Solutions, Interactive Display, UC & videoconferencing technologies, Wireless collaboration solutions with a view to demonstrating their usefulness to current and potential customers

Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through Channels and System Integrators

  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers
  • Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts
  • Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales reviews

Building and maintaining customer relationships

  • Identifying key accounts and developing strategies to nurture them
  • Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction

Analysing market trends and competition

  • Staying updated with industry developments and market dynamics
  • Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Conducting market research and identifying new trends or opportunities

Client Acquisition

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and networking. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Audio-Visual Solutions Integration
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets with Channel Partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
