We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Agency Motor - Area, Commercial Vehicle, and DMVO verticals within the General Insurance industry. This opportunity is open to both freshers with zero experience as well as candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in General Insurance Sales or Motor Insurance within the Agency model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Drive sales of motor insurance products (personal and commercial vehicles) within the assigned region/territory.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (individuals, agencies, and businesses).
- Agent & Channel Partner Coordination: Work closely with agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth policy issuance and renewals.
- Product Knowledge & Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients about motor insurance products, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set for the area and contribute to the growth of the companys motor insurance portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any graduate (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Experience:
- Freshers: Motivated individuals with an interest in sales, especially in the insurance sector.
- Candidates with Experience: 6 months to 1 year in General Insurance Sales, preferably in Motor Insurance or Agency models.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of the motor insurance industry is a plus.
