Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Africa Region

Location: [On-site - Ahmedabad]

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to independently drive B2B sales in the Africa region. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for revenue generation through partner engagement, opportunity conversion, and account management. The role demands prior experience in selling software products or solutionspreferably in ITSM, AIOps, or NMS domainsand a solid understanding of international sales dynamics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the full sales cycle for assigned Africa region accountsfrom lead qualification to closure.

2. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

3. Engage with regional distributors, partners, and resellers to drive pipeline and deals.

4. Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

5. Develop and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies.

6. Coordinate with internal teams including Presales, Product, Marketing, and Support.

7. Maintain updated sales forecasts, funnel reports, and partner activity in CRM.

8. Be travel-ready for international visits when required for partner or customer meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with exposure to international or Africa markets.

2. Experience in selling IT solutions such as ITSM, NMS, AIOps, or enterprise IT software products preferred.

3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

5. Strong coordination and documentation abilities.

6. Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual sales platforms.

7. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
