Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Channel Sales Manager will oversee the development and management of relationships with channel partners, drive sales through these partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new partners, managing existing partner relationships, setting sales targets, and achieving strategic sales goals. The role also involves developing effective sales strategies, delivering training to partners, and ensuring seamless collaboration to maximize performance and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Provide product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to channel partners.
  • Ensure Product Knowledge Downloads to the CPs .
  • Organizing Promotional activities in different sectors to increase the Brand value & sales growth.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and support for channel partners.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress and address challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Expertise in Channel Sales and collaborating effectively with Channel Partners
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
