Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure effective product representation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for channel partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance of channel partners and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance and set goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
