Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, self-driven freshers to join our Channel Sales team. This is a field-intensive role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partnersbrokers, agents, and other intermediariesto drive project sales across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners for DS-MAX projects.
- Conduct regular visits to partners, sharing project details, offers, and inventory updates.
- Organize and conduct site visits for partners and their clients.
- Distribute marketing material, brochures, and price lists.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for booking closures.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and broker meets.
- Maintain accurate daily visit and sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience: Fresher (01 year). Prior field sales exposure is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Quick rapport-building skills
- Basic knowledge of Bangalores real estate market (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits- Fixed Salary: 25,000/month (3 LPA)
