Experience: 1 to 4 Years (Field Sales / B2B Sales Mandatory)

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturday Off)

Industry Preference: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services

Role Type: Field Sales (On-Ground Client Meetings Required)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Channel Sales Executive for a field-based B2B role focused on building partnerships with study abroad consultants, DSAs, coaching institutes, and other referral partners for education loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners such as:
    • Study abroad consultants
    • DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
    • Coaching institutes and education consultants
  • Drive B2B field sales through regular client meetings and relationship building
  • Generate student referrals for education loans through partner network
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
  • Achieve monthly sales and referral targets
  • Conduct partner meetings, presentations, and training sessions
  • Track pipeline, referrals, and conversion metrics
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Channel Sales
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close partnerships
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Preferred Background

  • Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
  • Exposure to education loans / personal loans / loan products
  • Experience working with DSAs, agents, or channel partners
  • Familiarity with study abroad ecosystem is an advantage

Mandatory Criteria

  • Must have field sales experience
  • Comfortable with on-ground client meetings
  • Experience in B2B or channel sales preferred
  • Candidates from NBFC / BFSI background preferred
