Job Summary
We are hiring a Channel Sales Executive for a field-based B2B role focused on building partnerships with study abroad consultants, DSAs, coaching institutes, and other referral partners for education loans.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new channel partners such as:
- Study abroad consultants
- DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
- Coaching institutes and education consultants
- Drive B2B field sales through regular client meetings and relationship building
- Generate student referrals for education loans through partner network
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
- Achieve monthly sales and referral targets
- Conduct partner meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Track pipeline, referrals, and conversion metrics
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Channel Sales
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to generate leads and close partnerships
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
Preferred Background
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
- Exposure to education loans / personal loans / loan products
- Experience working with DSAs, agents, or channel partners
- Familiarity with study abroad ecosystem is an advantage
Mandatory Criteria
- Must have field sales experience
- Comfortable with on-ground client meetings
- Experience in B2B or channel sales preferred
- Candidates from NBFC / BFSI background preferred
